Abstract

The State of Canada’s Forests annual report for 2009 features an insightful review of the past year for Canada's forests and forest sector; articles on Canada’s continuing progress toward sustainable forest management and the critical importance of innovation to Canada’s forest sector; statistical profiles for Canada and the provinces and territories; and, a sample of the indicators for sustainable forest management, along with the most recent information on how Canada’s forests are doing in each area.
